  • Yali AI SEO Theme: WordPress SEO theme, supports site clusters and content aggregation
  • WordPress Free Translation Plugin: Multilingual translation plugin based on TranslatePress optimization

All of the above products are open source software (GPL license), and you are free to download, use, and modify them.

2. Account Registration and Use

2.1 Eligibility

4. AI-Generated Content Responsibility

Yali AI Writer uses third-party AI large models (such as DeepSeek, Tongyi Qianwen, etc.) to generate content. You are fully responsible for all content generated using our products, including:

  • The accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content
  • Whether it infringes on others' intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights
  • Whether it complies with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies

4.2 Intellectual Property Statement

AI-generated content may involve complex intellectual property issues. We recommend:

  • Manually review and modify AI-generated content
  • Ensure that referenced materials are authorized or belong to the public domain
  • Fact-check before publishing
  • Declare that content was created with AI assistance as needed

We make no warranties regarding the intellectual property status of AI-generated content.

5. Data Storage and Privacy

5.1 Data Storage Location

Our products are self-hosted software. All your content data is stored on your own server or local device. We cannot access, view, or control your data. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your server
  • Regularly backing up important data
  • Ensuring data processing complies with the laws and regulations of your region

5.2 Third-Party API Usage

Using our plugin requires configuring third-party AI service APIs. You understand and agree that:

  • Content generation requests are sent directly to your chosen AI service provider
  • We do not control, review, or store these requests and responses
  • You need to comply with the terms of service and privacy policy of the respective AI service provider

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Yali AI brand, trademarks, website design, and documentation are protected by copyright law and other intellectual property laws. These product identifiers are not included in the GPL open source license scope. Without permission, you may not:

  • Use our trademarks for commercial promotion
  • Copy or imitate our website design
  • Claim that your product is an official version or endorsed by us

6.2 Your Content Rights

The content you create using our products is entirely yours. We will not claim any rights to this content.

7. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we expressly state:

  • Our products are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement

  • Any risks arising from the use of our products are borne by you

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yali AI and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In any case, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for using our products (if applicable), or if you have not paid any fees, shall not exceed RMB 100.

9. Service Changes and Termination

9.1 Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service at any time, with or without notice. We are not responsible for any losses caused by product modifications or termination.

9.2 Account Termination

If you violate these Terms, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account. You may also delete your account at any time. After account termination, the data stored on your own server is not affected.
